Mary Ross grew up in the town of Kennesaw, GA and has been a member of the Sunbrook family for over 10 years. She has a daughter, Alyssa, age 14 and 2 cats, Kenzie and Gracie.

Being a parent herself, she realized the desperate need for good quality child care in the area and was encouraged to become a child care center owner herself. She wanted to offer and provide a service to the community that would give parents that peace of mind feeling when placed in the position of leaving their children for the day.

After doing her homework and researching the options available to her, Mary set her sights on Sunbrook Academy. She was so excited to find an establishment that had a philosophy so similar to her own! Their quality of care and years of experience left her longing to be a part of this great team!

Mary comes to Sunbrook with her Bachelors in Business Administration degree and an additional 10 years in administration management. Sunbrook Academy at Stilesboro is currently an active member of GCCA (Georgia Child Care Association) and has also received the prestigious NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) accreditation under the new and more rigorous guidelines.

Mary’s philosophy on child care is making sure that all children have the highest quality early childhood program available and the opportunity to learn and grow to become the very best they can be in the very best environment!

In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, boating and going to the beach!
